Ordering On Line

1. When you're ready to make a selection please make any selections for sizes, ages or addon options.  Then click "Add to Cart" icon.

2. You will automatically be transferred to our shopping cart page where you can view, edit or remove items from your shopping cart.  If you would like to continue shopping just click the "Continue Shopping" text and you will be forwarded back to our online store.

3. Once you are satisfied with your selections in your shopping you should then click the one of the "Checkout" icons.

4. You will automatically be transferred to our secure checkout page where you can input your name and address, shipping address, shipping method and credit card type. Once you have completed the information, please click the "Checkout" icon again.

5. You will automatically be transferred to our secure order summary page where you will see your order total including shipping and any applicable taxes.

6. Depending upon the payment method you selected, one of the following will occur:

a. If you selected to pay using Credit Card (we accept Master Card, Visa and American Express) you will now be transferred to our secure payment gateway, where you will be able to input your credit card number and expiration date. Once your payment information has been completed you will be transferred back to our site.

b. If you selected to pay by Email your order will be sent to us via Email and once we receive the email we will call you to confirm your order, receive credit card information and answer any questions you may have.

c. If you selected to pay with Paypal, you will be transferred to the Paypal login screen to process your payment as you would any other Paypal payment, when completed you will be transferred back to our site.

You will automatically be sent a confirming receipt of your order and a confirming receipt of your credit card transaction.  If we have any questions about your order, we will email or call you immediately.

Once you place an item into your shopping cart you are transferred to our secure shopping cart until you finalize your order. If you choose to continue shopping after you have placed an item into our cart you will be transferred back to the non-secure section of our online store.

If an item fails to meet your expectations, simply return it and we will be happy to replace the item, exchange it, or refund your payment.  If you are dissatisfied for any reason, please call us at 800-731-8303 and we will make it right, customer service is our business. Substitutions

Occasionally a product or container may be unavailable when you place your order.  We reserve the right to substitute products or containers of a similar nature at equal or greater value, with no change in purchase price.

Sales Tax

8.25% sales tax will be added to any orders where the shipping address is within the State Of Texas.

Packaging

We take pride in designing our gifts for you and we always have the recipient in mind.  Each gift will be shrink wrapped and/or wrapped in cello and completed with a beautiful hand made bow, enhancements and a gift card with your own personalized message.  If we are shipping your gift, we will wrap each gift with bubble wrap and then fill the box with packing materials to ensure is arrives as beautiful as it was when it left our office.
