All orders received prior to 6:00 AM CST, will be shipped the same day, orders received after 6:00 AM CST will be shipped out the next business day. During peak holiday weeks such as the two weeks prior to Valentines and Christmas, please allow extra time.  All packages are shipped using Federal Express because of their expert handling of perishable goods. Federal Express delivers Monday through Friday and for an additional fee they will deliver on Saturday. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes nor do we ship Internationally.

However ThemeBasketsRus can take no responsibility for delayed deliveries due incomplete or incorrect delivery information, acts of God (such as weather delays) and busy holiday shipping schedules. We reserve the right to pass along any additional charges from Federal Express to you the customer resulting from incomplete or incorrect delivery information given when the order is placed.

In the checkout process you will be asked to select a specific arrival date for your gift and displayed next to the arrival date you will see the cost for your gift to arrive on the specified day.  You may order gifts 90 days in advance of the arrival date.  Any orders place with a future arrival date will be held in our office and shipped so that it will arrive on the arrival date you specify.

Our shipping charges are calculated based on the weight of your product and for you convenience we have created the a table of estimated charges.

We take pride in designing our gifts and we want to ensure they arrive at their destination just a beautiful as they were when they left our office.  We take pride in our packing and that is why each and every gift will be wrapped with bubble wrap and surrounded by packing peanuts to ensure your gift arrives in perfect condition.  

Each gift will be shrink wrapped and/or wrapped in cello and completed with a beautiful hand made bow, enhancements and a gift card with your own personalized message.

When will my package arrive (Transit Time)

The maps below will help you in determining the transit time for FedEx Ground service. As you can see being located in Texas we can ship to the majority of the United States within 4 business days.  In calculating transit time do not count Saturday or Sunday or the day the product is shipped.

If you place your order on Friday (before 6:00 AM CST), and select Next Business Day delivery the order will arrive on Monday (by 3:00pm), 2nd Business Day Delivery will arrive Tuesday (before 3:00pm) and a 3rd Business Day Delivery will arrive on Wednesday (before 3:00pm).  Special arrangements can be made to guarantee morning deliveries (by 12:00pm noon) or Saturday deliveries for an additional charge.  If you would like assistance with any special arrangements, please give us a call and we would be happy to help you.

Local Deliveries

We personally hand deliver our gifts to Frisco, Plano, Richardson and most of the entire Dallas metropolitan area to ensure your gifts arrive as beautiful as they were when they left our office.  Delivery fees vary anywhere from $7.50 to $25 depending upon the zip code.  If you'd prefer, we will ship your gift ground (1-day).
